Mangeons! - Sweet Potato Gnochi

On top of school, relationships, budgeting — and whatever other stress accompanies college — young adults often find it hard to stay healthy.

In an atmosphere rampant with binge eating and drinking, how about getting addicted to healthy eating? Join me on a culinary adventure, only secondary to my main study abroad venture, on which I will guide you with step-by-step cooking videos. From one college student to another, I will keep the recipes as basic as possible — from all things appliances and ingredients to time constraints and budgets — while still as nutritious as possible.


Inspired by my recent trip to Italy, and an abundance of sweet potatoes in the Carrefours of Reims, I decided to take a stab at sweet potato gnocchi. I present Food with Feeling’s “3 Ingredient Sweet Potato Gnocchi” recipe, with the addition of pepper and olive oil. To accommodate student living, I’ve eliminated the necessity for an oven, potato ricer and gnocchi board.
